It’s been a hectic few weeks here at Tilletts HQ!! We have been working hard behind the scenes to bring you the latest, freshest lines whilst our Cleethorpes and Louth stores underwent stunning makeovers. Our Online HQ has also been transformed and we now have brand new offices and a huge warehouse to store all your favourite picks.
2017 saw a great expansion for Tilletts, we welcomed several new staff to Team Tilletts including our very first male employee. Our Operations Manager, Jess has worked tirelessly integrating new inventory systems to ensure a smoother shopping experience for all our customers whilst the Store Manager, Katie M. has introduced the art of Visual Merchandising and successfully presented our first annual Customer Training Day.
Our Veterans; Tess, Andrea, Hannah, Darcy, Paula, Polly and Kay have continued to exceed our expectations and provide excellent customer service with their friendliness and advice. We cannot thank them enough for all their hard work over the years. The warehouse is now under supervision by our latest addition Katie S. who in her short time here has already made a huge difference to our dispatching process. Millie, Lauren and Charlotte are our picking and packing girls and continue to impress us on a daily basis with their hard work, dedication and perceptiveness. Millie is also our very first Tilletts Apprentice which also came into play in 2017 and we are very excited to learn alongside her whilst she goes through her qualifications. Our Head of Customer Experience, Sheryl has implemented new systems to ensure quality customer service at all times whilst our Digital Marketer, John has increased our Online presence and works closely with our photographer to produce the beautiful images you see on the site today.
Mel, Grace and Nancy have extensive plans for 2018, including the much-anticipated wedding of our very own Grace Tillett. We want to thank you for your continued custom and support and most recently for helping us to achieve an amazing 1.1k viewers for our Wednesday Night live video, we are so very grateful and humbled.
