Retail Store Manager - Full Time

Salary - £30,000

As a Store Manager for Tillett’s you will act as an Tillett’s brand ambassador; You will inspire, coach and lead the team to deliver excellence as well as drive growth and KPI’s. You will be passionate about setting and maintaining high standards throughout your store and helping this to shine through in your team’s excellent customer service.

 

What we are looking for:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with an enthusiastic attitude. Commercial awareness with the ability to read sales reports and spot any key opportunities for sales growth.
• A strong retailing background with solid experience at a Store Manager level.
• Manage inventory activities taking into account inventory results and operations guidelines.
• Support and grow your management team in Training and motivating all Sales Assistants to deliver high quality service and convey our brand innovative vision.

 

Schedule:

• Full Time
• Weekend Availability
• Lates/Evening shifts

 

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

Retail Sales Assistant - (16 hours)

Responsbilities:

• Influence and increase sales in a one-to-one selling environment.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by utilising effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, ATV, and productivity.
• Build a strong bond between our brand and customers by answering queries, providing exemplary service.
• Open and close the store when managers are off.

 

Schedule:

• 16 hours a week
• Weekend Availability
• Lates/Evening shifts

 

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
