Retail Sales Assistant - Full Time

THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting full-time Sales Assistants who will work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and Bank Holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Influence and increase sales in a one-to-one selling environment.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by utilising effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, UPT, ATV, and productivity.
• Build a strong bond between our brand and customers by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and adapting your approach based on individuals' personalities and needs.
• Learn and confidently share our product knowledge to maximise sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience.
• Ensure store tidiness and maintain a well-ordered display.
• Remain vigilant while on the shop floor and adhere to company security policies and procedures.

Schedule:

• 7.5-hour shift over 5 days (Full Time position)
• Weekend Availability
• Lates/ Evening shifts

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
