Content Creator Assisstant - 22 Hours per week.

Tilletts is on the hunt for a Social Media Content Creator to join our ambitious marketing and social media content team. We're seeking a motivated and driven individual to become a key player in our team.

We are seeking a candidate who radiates positivity. Working closely with our creative and driven team, the ideal candidate is always ready to lend a helping hand and share their knowledge, no matter the task at hand!

Content creators are expected to work simultaneously with the photography and marketing team. Suggest new and creative ways and platforms to increase our current customer segment and increase target market.

 

About you
  • You love all things social media and have a strong understanding of different social media channels and formats.
  • You can shoot, edit and deliver short form videos in response to a brief with a quick turnaround.
  • You're able to work independently and alongside a team, coming up with creative ideas to boost brand awareness, engagement and traffic.
  • Ideally, youll feel comfortable in front of the camera too and be open to recording voiceovers for Reels.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Working alongisde our other Content Assistant to support the managing social media pages across various platforms.
  • Content Uploads and Scheduling: Ensuring timely uploading and scheduling of captivating social media content.
  • Assisting in Content Creation Shoots: Being actively involved in the creative process of content creation. Working simultaneously with the photography and marketing team.
  • Content Inspiration: Supporting to find and craft visually compelling content inspiration and action plans for shoots. Including staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices.
  • Understand our Target Audience: Ensure the content is adapted across our various platforms to suit the different audiences and ensuring all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
  • Team Work: Work with our team of creatives to curate engaging content, plan social media calendars and monitor social media analytics.
  • Email Content: Collaborate with the content creation team to produce email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Analytics: Utilise analytics tools to measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ads: Design and create digital assets for ad campaigns with the creative content team.
  • Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development and creative to align digital strategies with overall business objectives.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Ability to drive is essential.
  • While holding a marketing qualification is optional, showcasing a strong understanding of Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing will certainly give you a competitive edge.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in content creation preferred.
  • Knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing and content marketing.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with various teams.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong time management and organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
