Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from Tilletts with your tracking number and link to follow your parcels journey.
For Next Day Delivery orders, DPD will also contact you directly via email/SMS to update you and provide you with a 1 hour delivery window of which you can amend with DPD themselves. Please do not contact Tilletts with your delivery instructions as these MUST be given directly to the Courier.

Unfortunately, once we have passed your parcel to the courier, it is the responsibility of the courier to fulfil the requested delivery service. In the case of your delivery being late or missed, please check your tracking information in your dispatch notification email and contact the courier directly.

Please note we are unable to refund delivery costs in an instance where a parcel is delayed, or delivery is missed for the following reasons:
The courier has attempted delivery but has unfortunately missed you.
The courier has for unforeseen circumstances been unable to reach you
Unable to locate your address
Incorrect address provided
Orders Delivered in Safe Place Or With A Neighbour
If you request for your order to be delivered to your safe place or with a neighbour, this is at your own risk and we are not liable.

In the event of an incorrect or faulty product please contact us directly before going to create your Label. (see below)
What is your returns policy?
Items must be returned within 14 days of the date the parcel has been received by the customer.
If your parcel is returned outside of the returns cut off period we will unfortunately be unable to process your refund. In this case if you would like your item back you will be responsible for the cost of returning the parcel back to yourself.
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Shoes must be tried on indoors, Shoes must be returned in the original packaging.
Items must have all tags attached.
Refunds take 10 working days to complete with your Bank/Payment Method. (This does not include Weekends or Bank Holidays)
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us for a full refund or credit note and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Please return your item(s) to us following the method below:
Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproofpackage with labels and tags still attached.

International Returns - Cover your address label with the Tilletts returns address, which you will find on the returns slip. Use your preferred courier service. Returns are at your own cost.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
Oh no! We're sorry to hear this. Please send Customer Services an e-mail (email@example.com) or Facebook message with your Order Number, Photo's of the Fault and/or a brief description of the Fault or Issue and we will help you straight away.
For items that are faulty, the returns postage cost will be wavered when using our Tilletts £2.20 Return Service. Please contact us in the event of a Faulty or Incorrect Item prior to returning.
*A consumer cannot claim for a refund or replacement if he/she alters the item or causes any damage to the item.
*Please note, that due to hygiene reasons, earrings are excluded from our returns policy. As such we are unable to offer refund or exchange on these items.
