Can I order over the phone?

Yes of course, if you’d prefer to talk to a member of Team Tilletts please give us a call on 01472 566995 and select option 1.

When will my Click & Collect order be ready?

We aim to have all Click & Collect orders ready with 48 (up to 72 hours during busy periods) hours of placing your order, however you will be notified via e-mail once the parcel is ready for collection.  You must collect your purchase within 14 days from date of order.  Orders not collected will be refunded after the 14 day period.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, our system does not allow us to amend orders, this means we are unable to add discount codes, vouchers codes or add/remove items purchased.  If you would like to cancel an order we can do this within an hour of you placing your order, after this time we are unable to cancel your order. 

Will you be getting more stock of a specific item?

Our popular items can sell out quickly, you can enter your email address into the box provided on the product page and you will be notified if and when they are back in stock. We cannot always restock certain items but where possible we will try. In the meantime, why not browse through our new arrivals category!
