Can I order over the phone?

Yes of course, if you’d prefer to talk to a member of Team Tillett in person please give us a call on 01472 566995 and select option 1.

When will my Click & Collect order be ready?

We aim to have all Click&Collect orders ready by 2pm the following day, however you will be notified via e-mail once the parcel is ready for collection.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, our system does not allow us to amend orders, however if you would like to cancel an order and place a new one you can call us on 01472 566995. Please note this option is only available prior to the Warehouse beginning to process your order, after this the order cannot be cancelled.

Will you be getting more stock of a specific item?

Our popular items can sell out quickly as we are all about FAST fashion. You can enter your email address into the box provided on the product page and you will be notified if and when they are back in stock. We cannot always restock certain items but where possible we will try. In the meantime, why not browse through our NEW category!

Can I purchase stock from the Store to be delivered?

Due to the volume of requests we receive on a daily basis we are unable to provide this service for everyone. Therefore, in the interest of fairness we are unfortunately no longer able to take orders from Store Stock for Delivery. If you wish to purchase an item from Store and you are able to visit, you can call ahead to enquire whether an item is currently available. If you wish to reserve an item the Store will happily take full payment for your purchase over the phone and hold it back for you.  If you require any further assistance, please let us know and we will be more than happy to help.
